How to Request a Refund
If your court rejects your Answer due to formatting or legal deficiencies in the document generated by LawHax, you may be eligible for a full refund under our Court-Accepted Guarantee.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
You may request a refund if:
- Your Answer was filed on time (within 10 days of service)
- You used the LawHax tool exactly as intended without altering the final document
- The court rejected your Answer due to formatting, legal completeness, or content flaws
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- If the Answer was rejected due to missing the 10-day filing deadline
- If you failed to serve the other party as required
- If you altered the document in a way that caused the rejection

Response Time:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
